Changes must be made before the order is sent to production. Customers will always approve artwork before it is sent to production, but if for some reason they try to change or cancel the order once we have begun printing, we cannot stop the process. Contact your sales rep immediately to see if you can cancel or change your order.

Our products are designed for easy and user-friendly service without need to send the arch out for service. In case you need authorized repair service just contact us for sending you information about authorized service in your country.

The first tip is cleaning the product while they are standing. The highest parts should be cleaned when the product is deflated. First use a dry cloth to remove the dust and initial dirt. Resistant dirt can be cleaned with the soft soap and water only. We recommend using less soap and do not put a lot of water on the products. Before storage make sure that the product is completely dry.

*Warning: Harsh solvents can ruin the artwork on your product or degrade the material.

Make sure your inflatable product is completely dry before you put it in storage.

When you transport the product do not drag it over rough surfaces or sharp objects.

When your inflatable is not being used, it should be stored in a dry and shaded area to protect it from damage caused by the weather. Also, electric blower must be stored in a dry, shaded place.

When the order is proceeded, your design is approved, and payment is received, usually the product is produced and delivered within 3 weeks.
