Are you able to do custom printing and design?

Can you create artwork design for us?

We have very talented designers in our team. Their graphic service charge is 70 EUR per inflatable arch design (including 3 revisions). But you can very easily create your own graphic design directly on our website, directly next to chosen product. Or download free template to design your own artwork on at no additional charge.

What are the artwork requirements?

• The best is when the files are outlined in vector in the form of .ai, .pdf or .eps

• In case of image, the image file quality must be at least 150 ppi (pixels per inch) is required.

• Transparent backgrounds are best for image and .png files.

• Usually .jpg files have low resolution and do not work to print clearly.

• When artwork and design was approved, we do not accept returns. See return policy.

600D Polyester is standard production material, which is:

Do you provide repair service?

Our products are designed for easy and user-friendly service without need to send the arch out for service. In case you need authorized repair service just contact us for sending you information about authorized service in your country.

How to clean the products?

The first tip is cleaning the product while they are standing. The highest parts should be cleaned when the product is deflated. First use a dry cloth to remove the dust and initial dirt. Resistant dirt can be cleaned with the soft soap and water only. We recommend using less soap and do not put a lot of water on the products. Before storage make sure that the product is completely dry.

 

*Warning: Harsh solvents can ruin the artwork on your product or degrade the material.

 

How to store and transport the inflatables?

Make sure your inflatable product is completely dry before you put it in storage.

When you transport the product do not drag it over rough surfaces or sharp objects.

When your inflatable is not being used, it should be stored in a dry and shaded area to protect it from damage caused by the weather. Also, electric blower must be stored in a dry, shaded place.

 

 

 Can I make adjustments, changes or cancel my order?

 

Changes must be made before the order is sent to production. Customers will always approve artwork before it is sent to production, but if for some reason they try to change or cancel the order once we have begun printing, we cannot stop the process. Contact your sales rep immediately to see if you can cancel or change your order.

 

How can I check status of my order?

 

Contact our sales department and our sales rep emails you a tracking number to check the progress of your shipment.

 

 

What are shipping costs?

 

Free of charge for all inflatable advertising products within EU.

 

What is the lead time on a custom made inflatable?

When the order is proceeded, your design is approved, and payment is received, usually the product is produced and delivered within 3 weeks.
